When checking out please select the free Phantom Drop off option otherwise you will be charged for shipping and will not be reimbursed for this.  You will receive an email once your items are delivered to the gym. You will need to allow 3-4 weeks for flannels and 2-3 weeks for tees. This is just an estimate- many times they will get to you before this window.
